Participation of teachers of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics in the Summit of Progressive Educators 2024
NGO “Progressive” is the formation of the largest educational community, which has a noticeable impact on the educational sphere and ensures constant training of teachers.
On December 7, 2024, the Summit of Progressive Educators 2024 was held, the participant of which was Oksana VASKIV, a lecturer at the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics, Faculty of Finance and Business Management, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
NGO “Progressylni” is the formation of the largest educational community, which has a noticeable impact on the educational sphere and ensures constant training of teachers.
The summit lasted two days, during which:
- the coordination council of the NGO “Progressylny” presented the organization’s achievements in 2024;
- with the participation of representatives of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, the National Qualification Agency, the State Institution “Zhytomyr Polytechnic”, the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science, the Kyiv School of Economics, the Ukrainian Student League NGO and the Trade Union of Educators, a public discussion “Education under threat: how to find balance and equilibrium?” was held;
- talked about overcoming educational losses through cooperation with the speakers of representatives of foreign partners: Unicef, Erasmus, USAID, Ukraine Aid International and World Class Scholars;
- got acquainted with the strategy for 2025, working in teams in priority areas: communication, fundraising, HR and online. The NGO’s strategy includes the development of Islands of Progressivity; expansion of Islands of Progressivity in institutions of professional pre-higher education; grant and international activities; involving more teachers and students in the Progressive Movement; improving the skills of educators; online and offline events to popularize education; strengthening communication.
