Participation of students of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in the specialty 051 “Economics” of the OP “Information Technologies in Business” in online trainings “Career Workshop. Design your future”

During September-December 2024, students of the UFE-21s group of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education of the OP “Information Technologies in Business” specialty 051 “Economics” as part of the study of the educational component “Labor Market and Employment Policy in the IT Sphere” (lecturer Oksana VASKIV) Khrystyna DANУLCHENKO, Valeria ZUBACH and Yaroslav KHVOSTYUK were participants in the “Career Workshop” trainings organized by the Department of Career Development and Cooperation with Business.

The participants of the event listened to a series of lectures from invited speakers who shared practical advice on career planning, soft skills development and effective job search, in particular:

  • “Effective communication with the client and in the team” – Margarita SOFIAN, Senior Auditor of the EU in Ukraine;
  • “Smart start. How AI tools can help with employment” – Anastasia LAGODA, CS Recruitment Lead at the IT company ZONE3000;
  • “To accept or not to accept the offer – that is the question” – Anna BILYK, Senior Specialist for Employer Brand Development at Deloitte;
  • “Career path to European digital marketing industries” – Dr. Sven WILHELM, Coach, Consultant, Co-Managing Director of the Horst Rogus Foundation for Sustainable Entrepreneurship (Wuppertal);
  • “Teamwork and interaction” – Anastasia KOLACH, Project Manager, Olena TKACHENKO, Delivery Manager at the global company DataArt, which develops software and cloud solutions.

After successfully passing the final test, applicants for the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in the specialty “Information Technologies in Business” in the specialty 051 “Economics” Khrystyna DANУLCHENKO, Valeria ZUBACH and Yaroslav KHVOSTYUK received certificates of participation in the “Career Workshop” trainings, which confirm the acquired knowledge and skills.
