On October 22, 2024, Associate Professor of the Department of Digital Economy and Business Analytics Anna ZADOROZHNA listened to the Acting Agile webinar from the experts of the SoftServe IT company “Myth Busters: Three Eternal Questions of Retrospection.” It was on the webinar:

• misconceptions about retrospection are considered;
• discussed how to make the retrospective more interesting and effective;
• analyzed how the retrospective can promote a positive mood in the team and stimulate innovation;
• looks at how the retrospective can be used outside of the world of Agile and IT.

As a result of participation in the webinar:

considered:

• basic misconceptions about retrospectives;
• the importance of hindsight in team work and successful project work;
• the main formats of retrospectives, their advantages and disadvantages;

given advice on:

• conducting interesting and productive retrospectives;
• methods of improving personal growth.

The acquired knowledge, skills and abilities will be important when teaching the discipline “Informatization Project Management” to students studying at the ЕPP “Information Technologies in Business” specialty 051 “Economics”, as well as generally in improving teaching and research activities.
