Students of the Department of Economics and Public Administration participated in the EU Career Days in Ukraine

📅 On October 21–23, 2025, students of educational programs of specialty 281 “Public Management and Administration” of the Department of Economics and Public Administration (“Public Management and Administration” and “Personnel Management in Public Authorities and Business Structures” took part in the annual event “EU Career Day in Ukraine”, which was held with the support of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine. The event brought together students, teachers, business representatives, international organisations and potential employers, creating a platform for professional dialogue and exchange of experience.

The participation of students in the department in these events allowed them to familiarise themselves with current requirements of the European labour market and to develop communication, networking, and career-planning skills.

EU Career Days are part of the systematic work of the Department of Economics and Public Administration on the formation of practice-oriented competencies stipulated by the Higher Education Standard for speciality 281 “Public Management and Administration”.

The event promotes the development of students:

• professional mobility and understanding of the modern European labour market;
• soft skills – communication, self-presentation, teamwork;
• value orientation towards European standards of career development.
