On November 4, 2025, higher education students of groups UFP-21s and UFP-31s enrolled in the educational and professional program “Public Administration and Business Management” took part in an educational excursion to the Lviv branch of JSC “ProCredit Bank.” The event was organized by Associate Professor Olena Reshota, Advisor to the academic group UFP-21s and a faculty member of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management.

The visit marked the second thematic meeting organized by the Department as part of the ongoing implementation of the concept of enhanced practice-oriented learning. Earlier, a similar excursion to the bank was conducted for first-year students of group UFP-11s, who highly appreciated the event’s content, the bank’s innovative management approach, and the friendly atmosphere of professional communication. Such systematic educational and practical initiatives contribute to developing students’ comprehensive understanding of modern management processes and deepen their awareness of the connection between theory and real-world practice.

The purpose of the excursion was to familiarize students with the functioning of financial and credit institutions, principles of corporate governance, managerial structures, and strategies for effective administration.

Representatives of JSC “ProCredit Bank” presented the main areas of the institution’s activity, including mechanisms for lending to small, medium, and agricultural businesses, responsible financing policies, and approaches to supporting sustainable business development. An important part of the meeting was devoted to human resource management issues — professional development systems, employee motivation programs, and the cultivation of corporate culture.

Students showed great interest in the opportunity to complete internships and practical training at the bank, which allows them to apply theoretical knowledge directly in a professional environment. At the end of the event, participants received commemorative merchandise from the bank’s staff, symbolizing openness to future cooperation.

The excursion took place in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue, fostering the development of practical competencies among students in the fields of management, finance, and communication.

The Department of Public Administration and Business Management expresses sincere gratitude to the team of JSC “ProCredit Bank,” in particular to Ms. Diana and Mr. Ustym, for their informative presentation, valuable recommendations, and support of educational initiatives. Collaboration with leading financial institutions remains an essential factor in improving the quality of professional training and developing students’ competencies as modern, competitive managers in the labor market.
