Protection of qualification (master’s) theses of applicants for higher education Educational Program “Personnel Management in Public Authorities and Business Structures”

On December 23-24, 2021, the Faculty of Finance and Business Management (Department of Economics and Public Administration) defended its qualification (master’s) theses. 10 full-time and part-time higher education students successfully defended their dissertations. The chairman of the commission was Doctor of State Administration, Professor Ivan Orestovych Parubchak.

Given the quarantine restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the protections took place online.

All master’s theses were tested for plagiarism, received internal and external reviews by specialists in public administration. Graduates who presented their research to the Examination Commission showed a high level of theoretical and practical training, applied modern scientific approaches and presented at a high level the results of independently obtained results. It is worth noting the peculiarity of graduates and their research, who have not only theoretical knowledge and practical experience, but also want structural changes in public administration, taking into account the peculiarities of practical activities and the Educational Program “Personnel Management in Public Authorities and Business Structures”. The speakers gave reasonable answers to all the questions of the members of the examination commission, taking into account the acquired theoretical knowledge and their own practical experience.

It should be noted that the topics of master’s theses were innovative and extraordinary.
