Practical lesson “Functional capabilities of the “Findocuments” program” at the Financial Technologies Training Center

On November 12, 2025, at the Financial Technologies Training Center of the Faculty of Financial Management and Business, Doctor of Economics, Prof. Ulyana VATAMANYUK-ZELINSKAYA, a practical lesson “Functional capabilities of the “Findocuments” program” was held within the framework of the OK “Local Finance” and OK “Budget Management” for applicants for the OPP “Finance, Customs and Taxation”.

The goal of the event was to deepen the digital competencies of education seekers, develop the skills to effectively use modern software products in the financial and budgetary sphere, as well as form practical skills in the automated creation, accounting, and analysis of financial documents.

Applicants were introduced to the main functionalities of the “Findocuments” program, which is a modern tool for automating the processes of planning, execution and control of budgets of various levels and is used in the practice of financial institutions, bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, as well as in the work of budget administrators.

The students also discussed the prospects for automating budget processes and the impact of information technology on the efficiency of public finance management. The result of the training was not only the consolidation of theoretical knowledge, but also the acquisition of practical skills that are directly related to the conditions of future professional activity and the ability to apply modern information and communication technologies in financial activities.

This training format provides a combination of theoretical knowledge with practical training, helps to increase the level of professional competence of future specialists and prepares them for effective work in financial, tax and customs authorities.
