Participation of the Department of Financial Management Representatives in the 10th International Scientific Conference “Prospects for the Development of Entrepreneurship from a Global Perspective” (Lodz, Poland)
On April 15, 2026, Associate Professors of the Department of Financial Management, Olha Sych and Iryna Yasinovska, participated in the 10th International Scientific Conference “Prospects for the Development of Entrepreneurship from a Global Perspective.”
The event was held virtually via the MS Teams platform, hosted by the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz (Poland). The conference was co-organized by several prestigious institutions, including:
- Dolishniy Institute of Regional Research of the NAS of Ukraine (Ukraine);
- Ege University (Turkey);
- Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine);
- Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (Ukraine);
- Šiauliai State Higher Education Institution (Lithuania);
- NGO “Intellectual Space” (Ukraine);
- ISMA – International Strategic Management Association (Greece).
The conference discussions covered a wide range of contemporary challenges, such as sustainable development and the implementation of ESG principles, adaptation and resilience strategies for Ukrainian businesses during the war, and the digital transformation of business models using Artificial Intelligence. Dedicated sessions also addressed the development of creative industries, logistics, academic entrepreneurship, inclusion, and international scientific cooperation within Erasmus+ projects.
The conference brought together scholars and experts from numerous countries, including Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Turkey, Ireland, Greece, the Czech Republic, Austria, Portugal, and Belgium. In addition to the plenary session, nine parallel sections were held, where the Associate Professors of the Department of Financial Management delivered their presentations in English.
- Associate Professor Iryna Yasinovska spoke within Section 8, “Innovation, Recovery, and Intersectoral Cooperation in Economies Under Pressure,” highlighting the topic “Rebuilding Ukraine on an Innovative Basis.”
- Associate Professor Olha Sych presented the implementation results of the Erasmus+ K2-CBHE UkraineDigiTrans project during Section 5, “Projects in Action: Innovation, Inclusion, and Responsible Entrepreneurship.”
The presentations sparked keen interest and stimulated discussions regarding the prospects for future research and the implementation of joint projects. The conference served as a vital platform for exchanging experience and presenting original research.
