Participation of students of higher education specialty 071 “Accounting and taxation” (educational program “Accounting, analysis and financial investigations”) and teachers of the department of accounting, analysis and control in a guest lecture

On November 11, 2024, students of higher education major 071 “Accounting and Taxation” (educational program “Accounting, Analysis and Financial Investigations”) and teachers of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control of Ivan Franko National University of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management in the framework of academic cooperation with the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing (Kyiv, Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance) took part in guest lectures:
– “Fundamentals of financial risk management in banks” (lecturer – Iryna Gromnytska – Head of the Credit Risk, Quality, Monitoring and Control Department of the Risk Management Department of PRAVEX BANK JSC). At the meeting, the lecturer defined the essence of risks in banking activity, gave an answer to the question “Why is financial risk management in banks important?”, paid attention to the model of risk management in banks and the levels of protection of regulatory capital of banking institutions;
– “Peculiarities of conducting an economic examination on the issue of confirming the amount of material damage (losses) of enterprises (institutions, organizations) as a result of destruction and damage to property in connection with armed aggression” (lecturer – Maryna Ruda – associate professor of the Department of Criminal Justice and Analytical Activities of the State Tax University , Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, Doctor of Science, Forensic Expert).
