Participation of second (master’s) level higher education graduates of the OPP “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs” in the activities of the EU Career Day 2024

Applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education of the Department of Financial Management of the OPP “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs” during October 15-17, 2024 joined the EU Career Day 2024, which took place at the Ivan Franko Lviv National University with the support of the Department of Career Development and Business Cooperation and the EU Information Center.
EU Career Day is an event that brought together progressive employers and active youth in various formats of meetings and activities. The project is aimed at informing young people about various ways of professional development and career prospects in the European context. The event brought together representatives of leading companies in Lviv and the region and active students and graduates who are interested in finding a job. During the event, the participants had the opportunity to participate in a number of events that took place within the framework of the EU Career Day and formed relevant skills and received the information necessary to become successful on the path to the European integration of Ukraine.
As part of the EU Career Day 2024, higher education applicants participated in a series of meaningful and practical offline trainings: on October 15, Training No. 1 “Everything you need to know before an interview and a little more” (trainer – senior recruitment specialist at KPMG Kateryna Polishchuk) , October 16 Training No. 2 “Psychological Resilience” (trainer – head of the Department of Psychological Services of Ivan Franko LNU Svitlana Nezabytovska), October 17 Training No. 3 “Successful Employee in the Time of New Reality” (trainer – Vice President for Training and Development staff (SoftServe company) Galina Datsiv).
A rich program, interesting meetings with representatives of leading companies and experts – all this helped the winners to expand their worldview, navigate the choice of future profession, establish useful contacts and gain valuable knowledge on how to build a successful career.
