Participation of Faculty Members from the Department of Public Administration and Business Management in the “Uni-Biz Bridge” Professional Development Project
From February 16 to 20, 2026, faculty members of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management – Associate Professors Olena Herasymenko and Olena Reshota – completed a professional development program within the framework of the All-Ukrainian educational project aimed at developing cooperation between business and education, “Uni-Biz Bridge: Vector of Practice”.
The main goal of the event was to consolidate the efforts of the academic community and business representatives to enhance the practical orientation of higher education and implement applied case methods into the educational process.
The training format involved professional interaction with experts from leading national and international stakeholder companies, including: PwC, Deloitte, Kyivstar, MHP, the National Bank of Ukraine, ProCredit Bank, Carlsberg, and BAT Ukraine.
During the professional development program, the following set of professional topics was addressed:
- Innovations in education: implementation of artificial intelligence technologies and digital interactive learning tools in higher education.
- Organizational behavior: modern challenges of corporate communications and ensuring effective team interaction.
- Information and analytical activities: methodology for developing professional presentation materials, data analytics, and reporting.
- Project management: applied aspects of project management and algorithms for the decomposition of complex tasks.
- Professional development: time management and ensuring the personal efficiency of an educator in a multitasking environment.
Based on the results of the program, Associate Professors Olena Herasymenko and Olena Reshota successfully passed the final assessment and received certificates of professional development.
The acquired competencies, as well as the practical materials and business models received from employers, will be implemented into the syllabi and working programs of the department’s academic disciplines. This will contribute to raising the level of practical training for students, forming their relevant professional skills, and enhancing their competitiveness in the modern labor market.
