Open lecture by Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control Loboda N.O.

On November 27, 2024, for applicants of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education of the educational and professional program “Information Technologies in Business” (UFE-31s), an open lecture class on the academic discipline “Accounting” on the topic “Financial Reporting” was held by the associate professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control Loboda N.O. The lecture was attended by: Acting Head of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Pryimak Svitlana Viktorivna, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Petryshyn Lyudmila Petrivna, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Yarema Yaroslav Romanovych, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Shot Anna Petrivna, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Shevtsiv Lyubov Yulianivna, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Goncharuk Svitlana Markivna and students of UFE-31s.


During the lecture, higher education students: got acquainted with the concept of financial reporting, its composition and requirements; paid significant attention to determining the economic essence of reporting indicators, their place and role in assessing the activities of the enterprise; considered the general rules for compiling five forms of financial reporting and the procedure for submission and publication in accordance with current regulatory and legal legislation.
The lecture was accompanied by purposefully selected various presentation material, which included originals of primary documents of enterprises and photographic data on the topic of the lecture, which allowed the lecturer to apply the techniques of interesting narration, demonstration, characterization, explanation, commenting and maintain the steady attention of the audience throughout the lesson. The presented lecture material has practical value and allows higher education students to form practical skills and abilities and achieve the corresponding program learning outcomes.
