Non-formal education as one of the auxiliary tools of learning in higher education institutions

Non-formal education is an important factor in improving the quality of training for higher education applicants, through which formal educational programs are supplemented and both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for future professional activity are deepened. Non-formal education acts as an auxiliary tool for studying at the university, expands the educational space, promotes the comprehensive development of students and increases their readiness for professional activity and further education.

Within the discipline “Informatization Project Management”, students of the educational program “Information Technologies in Business” specialty 051 “Economics” took the online course “Fundamentals of Team Management” from Prometheus in order to improve and deepen their knowledge in the relevant subject. Based on the results of the online course, students received certificates confirming a high level of knowledge.
