Inspiration to act: Anna Borschuk presented volunteer opportunities to students of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management

On April 9, 2025, public figure, head of the “Vidlunnya” civic organization Anna Borshchuk held a meeting at the Faculty of Financial Management and Business with students of groups UFE-11s, UFE-21s and UFE-31s and presented a lecture on the topic “Volunteer Opportunities”.

During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed, including what volunteering is, what areas of volunteering exist in Ukraine today, how to find volunteer projects, and how volunteering helps develop skills, broaden one’s outlook, and find new friends. The lecturer introduced the students to such volunteer projects as Suviato, Abilification Center, Ukrainian Volunteer Service, Lviv Volunteer Kitchen, NGO “Tarilka”, Teplodia, Lviv Volunteer Kitchen.

Anna shared her own experience, talked about the challenges and importance of volunteering today. During the event, a lively discussion took place, in which students and teachers of the department participated, on the subject of volunteering as an important component of an active public position.

Such a meeting is extremely important and useful for our students, youth, and all active citizens, everyone who wants to do useful things for the victory of Ukraine.
