Money Talks — a business game that inspires big steps

The Department of Public Administration and Business Management of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv hosted a unique business game called Money Talks. The event was conducted by Andriy Khmelnytskyi, a coach, entrepreneur, and inspirer of young leaders.

The participants were students of the Public Administration and Business Management educational programme, who took on the roles of investors, start-up founders, and negotiators. They concluded agreements, evaluated business ideas, overcame simulated ‘market crises’ and sought effective solutions in realistic business scenarios.

The game was conducted in two languages — Ukrainian and English — which allowed students to improve their communication, pitching, teamwork and professional networking skills.

The highlight of the event was a meeting with Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, which inspired participants to think big, embrace social responsibility, and take new steps in their professional development.
