Methodological seminar “Introduction of elements of dual education into the educational process”
On February 4, the Department of Financial Management held a methodological seminar on the topic: “Introduction of elements of dual education into the educational process”.

The purpose of the seminar is to promote a deeper understanding of the essence of dual education and its potential for improving the quality of training of specialists who meet the modern requirements of the labor market.
Topics of the reports:
- Introduction of elements of dual education into educational components: practical aspects.
- Dual education in the context of sustainable development.
- Advantages of the dual system of specialist training for graduates and for employers.
- International experience in the implementation of dual education and its adaptation to Ukrainian conditions.
Oksana Zakhidna noted in her report that dual education is an integral part of the sustainable development strategy and contributes to the formation of a comprehensive worldview in future specialists, which combines economic, social and environmental aspects. She emphasized that the elements of dual education make it possible to prepare specialists who are able to work in a changing labor market and solve complex social problems.
Viktoriya Dubyk paid attention to the practical aspects of adapting international experience to Ukrainian realities, analyzed the experience of leading countries in the field of dual education and highlighted key elements that can be successfully implemented in Ukrainian higher education institutions.
Sofia Smolinska pointed out the need to integrate theoretical knowledge and practical skills of applicants during training in dual programs, as well as create a favorable environment for the development of dual education. She paid special attention to the need to overcome stereotypes about dual education and attract applicants to participate in such programs.
Yaroslav Hrynchyshyn emphasized that dual education has great potential for the development of the financial sector in Ukraine, but for this it is necessary to solve a number of problems, in particular, related to financing, regulation and ensuring the quality of educational services.
The department’s teachers took an active part in discussing the topics of the methodological seminar.
