Honoring the heroes of the Heavenly Hundred by students of the educational program “Accounting, Analysis and Financial Investigations” for the Day of Defenders of Ukraine
At the beginning of October, Ukraine celebrates a major national holiday – the Day of Defenders of Ukraine. Since 2023, it has a new date of celebration – October 1. On this date, we honor the heroes thanks to whom Ukraine remains independent. In order to honor the memory of the heroes, the students of the UFO-11s and UFO-31s group together with the advisors of the groups – teachers of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control Lyudmila Petryshyn and Natalia Loboda visited the Memorial to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.
In the created complex, the image conveys pride for the people who stood up for their dignity and love, went through death, grief, loss of loved ones for the sake of the birth of the consciousness of a new generation and the feeling of being a citizen, a person. Students remembered the names of the fallen Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and lit memorial candles.
In addition, they paid their respects with a moment of silence and prayer in the Garrison Church of Sts. App. Peter and Paul to modern heroes – Ukrainian soldiers who, in the most difficult times for their country, were not afraid and took up arms and stood up for the defense of the state. And forever inscribed their names in the tablet of memory of the Ukrainian people.
Eternal glory to our heroes who fell in the battles for Ukraine and those who will go through all the hardships of war and battles, and then march in the parade of our Ukrainian Victory!
Today is the day that makes tomorrow!
