Formation of teams skills of first-year students of OPP “Finance, customs and tax affairs” and “Financial management”

Two more groups of first-year applicants had the opportunity to participate in team-building training. This time, the team of the Psychological Service of the University visited the winners of the UFF-15s OP “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs” group (advisor – associate professor Vira Kruglyakova) and UFM-11s OP “Financial Management” group (advisor – Prof. Yulia Shushkova).
The purpose of the training is to provide psychological support and assistance to first-year students in the process of adaptation to study at the university; promotion of positive entry into a new team, development of empathy and sociability of young people; a comfortable psychological climate in the team; creation of favorable, comfortable conditions for training and education of higher education seekers.
We hope that this training helped the first-year students to form their team skills, and also gave them the opportunity to get to know each other better and to adapt to the new team more quickly.
