Faculty Members of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management Successfully Completed “TEACHERS’ SMART UP: WINTER EDITION 2026”
Modern standards of professional training require continuous knowledge updates and the integration of innovative approaches into the educational process. From January 26 to January 30, Professor Hanna Komarnytska, Associate Professor Olena. Reshota, and Associate Professor Olena Herasymenko participated in the winter season of the educational project “TEACHERS’ SMART UP: WINTER EDITION 2026”.
The intensive program, which was recently honored with the DOU Awards, focused on bridging academic education with the current IT context. Participants explored methodologies for utilizing practical case studies and interactive tools designed to make the learning process more dynamic and aligned with the demands of the modern labor market.
Special attention during the training was given to insights from international speakers, enabling the faculty of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management to implement advanced international practices into the Ukrainian educational curriculum. Upon completion of the course, the instructors received professional development certificates.
The insights and methodological findings gained will be used to enhance the Department’s academic disciplines, strengthening the link between students’ theoretical training and the practical requirements of the modern economy and management.
