Educators Track from Genesis: new EdTech tools for educational programs at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv

From July 22 to August 19, 2025, the Head of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Iryna SHEVCHUK took part in the Educators Track – a series of practical lectures from the Genesis educational team.

The goal of the program is to help teachers look at their lessons from a new perspective, get acquainted with modern EdTech tools, and develop communication and presentation skills.

Thematic areas covered:

EdTech tools and modern approaches: the teacher as a designer of educational experience;
Artificial intelligence in education;
Project management;
Preparing effective presentations;
Digital security;
Planning without chaos: digital tools for the teacher;
Effective written communication 1.0 and communication 2.0.

🔹 An international certificate was received as a result of participation.

✅ The knowledge and practical skills obtained will be integrated into the educational process in the educational programs “Digital Economy” and “Information Technologies in Business” at the bachelor’s and master’s levels of higher education. This will allow:

to introduce new EdTech tools in teaching and assessment;
expand the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process;
improve the quality of teaching through modern presentation and communication techniques;
strengthen the practical training of students in the field of project management and digital security;
improve the content of educational programs in accordance with global trends in digital education.

This experience will become the basis for updating curricula, introducing innovative courses and modules, as well as for increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market.
