Cooperation between the Department of Public Administration and Business Management and Lviv HR Solutions

As part of the strategic partnership between the Department of Public Administration and Business Management of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and Lviv HR Solutions, the first meeting with students was held.

Lviv HR Solutions is a leading consulting company with 17 years of experience in the HR market, specialising in:

– Training of top HR professionals and recruitment;
– Other innovative HR solutions.

The meeting was held by experienced specialists of the company:
– Marta Safonova, LHRS recruiter.
– Oksana Tsyupka, Operations Manager at LHRS.
– Sofia Tkachenko, PM LHRS.
– Oksana Oleksiuk, content manager at LHRS.

Students majoring in 281 ‘Public Management and Administration’ (educational programme ‘Public Administration and Business Management’) actively joined the discussion of current topics in the field of HR. In particular, the following issues were considered:
– Creating an effective CV;
– Professional life hacks in HR;
– The importance of the work of an HR specialist;
– Necessary knowledge for highly qualified HR recruitment specialists in IT and business psychology.

Marta Safonova delivered a fascinating presentation that sparked a lively discussion among the participants. The meeting was held in a friendly and creative atmosphere, which contributed to a productive exchange of views and experiences.

Professor Hanna Komarnytska, Head of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management, expressed her gratitude to the Lviv HR Solutions team for the business lecture and providing relevant information for young ambitious professionals. As a former graduate of the HR Cafe (formerly known as Lviv HR Solutions), she shared her own experience of studying at this leading organisation in Lviv and Ukraine.

At the end of the meeting, the participants discussed topics for future meetings, taking into account the wishes and interests of the students.
