Conducting a guest lecture on the academic discipline “Accounting” for students of higher education of the first (bachelor’s) degree in specialty 072 “Finance, banking and insurance”

As part of the cooperation of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with stakeholders, in particular, with auditing companies of the Faculty of Economics, associate professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control Svitlana Pryimak, on September 21, 2024, held a guest lecture on the academic discipline “Accounting” for students of higher education of the first (bachelor’s) degree of education in the specialty 072 “Finance, banking and insurance” (lecturer: Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor S.V. Pryimak) and 051 “Economics” (lecturer: Loboda N.O.) on the topic “Documentation of economic transactions and inventory”.
Olena Klock, EY audit expert, was invited to the lecture. EY is a multidisciplinary organization that provides professional services in the fields of auditing, consulting, law, strategy, taxation, etc.
During the lecture, Ms. Olena Klock justified the need to maintain primary documentation at the enterprise, its importance and use during inventory processes, revealed to the students the practical aspects of its organization and implementation, gave examples and production situations.

Students actively participated in the discussion of issues. The guest lecture was lively, had the character of a discussion and contributed to the professional growth of students of higher education and increased their interest in the chosen profession.
