Career guidance work of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management

Second-year student of the educational programme ‘Public Administration and Business Management’ Veronika Shkurat continues the tradition of holding career guidance events in her native Poltava during the holidays.

This year, meetings were held with lyceum students of the Poltava community, in particular, in lyceums No. 1, 3, 6, 13, 17 and 32. During the events, Veronika spoke in detail about her studies at the Department of Public Administration and Business Management of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Particular attention was paid to the presentation of all study programmes of the faculty.

The student shared her own experience of studying and active participation in student life. She spoke about her activities in student government and the organisation of volunteer initiatives in her group. Future applicants learnt about employment opportunities, internships and prospects for professional development.

The students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions about the peculiarities of student life and received comprehensive answers on all aspects of studying at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
