A representative of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv has joined the updated composition of the EDEK professional commission in the specialty ‘Public Management and Administration

By Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1402 of 28 October 2025 ‘On the establishment of a professional commission for the unified state qualification examination in the specialty 281 ’Public Management and Administration” for 2025 and the organisation of its work,” the composition of the EDE professional commission was updated to include a representative of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Hanna Komarnytska, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management.

The professional commission consists of 22 members – representatives of leading higher education institutions in Ukraine that train students in the specialty ‘Public Management and Administration.’

On 4 November 2025, a meeting of the professional commission was held at the State Institution ‘Scientific and Methodological Centre for Higher and Pre-Higher Education,’ during which the members of the commission conducted an expert evaluation of the EITC test, which was taken on 30 October 2025 by 3,679 students from 103 higher education institutions located in 28 cities of Ukraine.

The expert assessment took into account the results of psychometric analysis, based on which three tasks were removed from the threshold score calculation.

The threshold score was set at 66 correct answers out of 147 test tasks (44.9%).

According to the assessment results, 246 students (6.7%) did not pass the threshold score, and 263 people did not show up to take the EIT. These applicants will have the opportunity to retake the exam on 4 December 2025.
