Опис курсу

The “Project Financing” is a normative course for the “Finance, Banking, Insurance, and Stock Market” specialty within the “Finance, Banking and Insurance” educational program. It is taught in the third semester and is worth 90 academic hours or 3 credits (ECTS).

The course is designed to provide students with knowledge on the implementation of project financing. The applied nature of this discipline gives future finance specialists the opportunity to form a set of knowledge for preparing and implementing management decisions that ensure the rational formation and use of financial resources in the field of project management.

The primary goal of the discipline is to develop students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the methodologies and methods of project financing.

The main learning objectives of the discipline are:

  • Acquiring knowledge about the theory and practice of project financing, including methods for evaluating investment projects and their sources of funding.
  • Developing the ability to solve complex problems in organizing and managing project financing.
  • Mastering the theoretical and methodological basis necessary for the practical application of financing investment projects.
  • Training in methods of analysis and evaluation of investment projects, including the financial condition of companies and project effectiveness.
  • Studying innovative approaches to organizing project financing and implementing modern technologies in this area.
  • Acquiring practical skills necessary for successful project and financial resource management.
