The purpose of the academic discipline “Management of Fintech Companies” is to master theoretical knowledge and develop professional competencies in organizing and managing the organizational and financial aspects of the activities of fintech companies in Ukraine and around the world.

The objectives of the discipline are to:

• form an idea of ​​the content and evolution of financial technologies, the essence, types and modern trends of digital financial services;
• understand the modern features of the implementation of supervisory technologies Suptech and Regtech, their advantages and role in the formation of an inclusive financial system;
• understand the theoretical and organizational and legal principles of fintech company management;
• understand the features of managing the operational activities of fintech companies, making financial transactions and cross-border transfers of funds;
• master the skills of developing business plans for obtaining licenses for fintech companies;
• master the methodological approaches to managing capital, liquidity, profitability and risks of fintech companies.
