Board of Advisers
The Council of Advisors of the Faculty of Financial Management and Business is a permanent advisory body that coordinates the work of advisors of academic groups of the faculty.
The Academic Group Advisory Board is organized to familiarize advisors with the current requirements for the education of higher education seekers, to improve their psychological and pedagogical culture, to master the methodology
of studying the personality of seekers, the methodology of conducting advisory hours and other events.
The main goal of the Council of Advisors is to determine the main directions, forms, and methods of improving educational work in academic groups and to optimize conditions for the fullest possible development of the creative potential of students.
The main content of the work of the Council of Advisors:
- coordination of educational work at the faculty in order to ensure a comprehensive approach to the organization of the educational process in academic groups of the faculty;
- introducing the achievements of world pedagogical science, traditions of national pedagogy and psychology;
- establishing integrated communication links between the relevant structural units of the faculty that provide the educational process and academic groups;
- familiarizing academic group advisors with the methods and forms of the educational process; methods of studying the personalities of higher education seekers and student groups; methods of conducting so-called advisor hours and forms of informing seekers; new regulatory documents on educational work and new periodicals and monographs on educational topics, etc.;
- developing methodological recommendations on the use of progressive forms of organizing the educational and educational process at the faculty, taking into account domestic and international experience;
- ensuring an appropriate level of educational activities in academic groups based on analysis and assessment of their implementation and the level of education of higher education applicants;
- studying, summarizing, and promoting the best practices of academic group advisors;
- submitting proposals to increase the motivation of academic group advisors.
