Strategy of Faculty Development
The current stage of development of higher education in Ukraine requires constant improvement of educational programs, integration into the global educational space, expansion of opportunities for students, and increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. The Faculty of Finance and Business Management, as one of the structural units of the university, has set itself the strategic goal of providing high-quality training for specialists who are able to work effectively in the context of globalization, digital transformation, and the challenges of the modern economy.
The faculty’s development strategy is aimed at creating a favorable educational environment, developing scientific research, strengthening international cooperation, and forming values of academic integrity. It takes into account state priorities in the field of higher education, the needs of employers, the interests of students, and the prospects for integration into the European and global higher education space.
The development of the faculty is based on the principles of innovation, openness, partnership, and sustainability. The strategy defines key areas of development for the medium and long term, ensures the effective use of human, scientific, and material and technical resources, and contributes to enhancing the faculty’s reputation at the national and international levels.
