Research interests

Field of scientific interests: information and technological development of the economy; informatization and information society; modeling of socio-economic processes; regional policy for the development of medical services markets; the role of the IT sphere in the modern Ukrainian economy.

Author and co-author of more than 250 scientific and educational and methodological works. In particular, he is the co-author of the textbook “Finance: a course for financiers” (with the seal of MONU), the monograph “Regional policy for the development of medical services markets: directions of formation and implementation” (2009), the collective monograph “Economy of the 21st century: problems and ways to solve them ” (2014), the monograph “Information technologies in the regional economy: theory and practice of implementation and use” (2018), the collective monograph “Education and science in the period of global crises and conflicts in the 21st century” (2023 .).

Supervisor of 1 candidate’s thesis.

Biography

Born June 9, 1979 in the village of Yampil, Pustomyty district, Lviv region. In 1996 she graduated from Yampil high school. 1996-2001 she was studying at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. 2000-2009 she was working at Danylo Halytskyi National Medical University of Lviv: till 2003 – as a senior laboratory assistant of the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation; 2003-2009 – senior inspector of the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education. Since September 2009 – associate professor of the Department of Economic Cybernetics, Lviv State Financial Academy. In 2008 she passed her Ph.D. thesis on theme: “Regional Policy for the Formation of Health Care Markets”. In 2014 she was ranked: associate professor of the Department of Economic Cybernetics. Since 2015 she has been holding the position of associate professor of the Department of Economic Cybernetics at the Faculty of Finance Management and Business, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2016 she underwent practice at the Lviv affiliate of the STA Computer Academy. Accepted as a participant for the courses at SoftServe IT Academy in specialty: “Practical Testing for ISTQB”.

In the period 2016-2019 – Acting Head of the Department of Economic Cybernetics, Faculty of Financial Management and Business, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

On March 1, 2019, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences on the topic “Provision of information and technological development of the economy of the regions”.

In June 2019, she was selected by the competition for the position of Head of the Department of Economic Cybernetics, Faculty of Financial Management and Business, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

From January 1, 2020, the head of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics, Faculty of Finance and Business Management, Lviv National University. Ivan Franko.

In 2021, he was awarded the academic title of professor of the Department of Digital Economy and Business Analytics.

Member of the editorial board (2021) of CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS.org; Germany; ISSN 1613-0073), which is indexed in the Scopus database. In particular, International Workshop on Business Management and Computer Science (BMCS-2021), 10 September 2021, Lviv, Ukraine.

Since December 2021, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine.

Since June 2022, vice president of information technology and publishing, academician of the International Academy of Education and Science.

Since June 2023, a member of the NGO “Progressilny”.
