Born: December 8, 1969 in the village of Zavyazantsi, Mostysk district, Lviv region. In 1987 he graduated from Lviv secondary school number 40 with in-depth study of physics.
1987-1993 – he had been studying at the Faculty of Physics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

During 1988-1989 he was serving in the army as part of a limited contingent in Czech Republic.

1993-1996 – was working as an engineer, junior researcher and senior research fellow of the research sector at the Department of Experimental Physics, Faculty of Physics, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. 1996-1999 in the same educational institution had been studying a postgraduate course. In October 1999 he passed his Ph.D. thesis. 1992-1999 he was teaching informatics at Lviv secondary school № 30.

1999-2004 – associate professor of the Department of Mathematical Methods in Economics at Lviv State Financial and Economic Institute.

2004-2005 he was working as the deputy head of the State Tax Inspectorate of Lviv, simultaneously teaching.

Since 2005 – deputy dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Economics, Lviv State Financial Academy.

The theme of the dissertation for the degree of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences: “Refractive properties of crystals of sulfates and selenates in the field of phase transitions” (scholarly supervisor – doctor of physical and mathematical sciences B. Andrievskyi).
